As the colors change and a chill fills the air, the seasons greetings are upon us! In the midst of such a change, it seems that Christmas has come early as KnownHost Santa makes his appearance bringing gifts to our customers. This year, he’s reaching deep into his bag of gifts to deliver resource upgrades for all Shared and WordPress customers! Expect increased memory, storage, and CPU resources—what a merry surprise for KnownHost customers!

But wait, there seems to be an additional gift for Premium Shared and Corporate WordPress accounts. Why, it seems to be Dedicated IPv4 addresses are now included into the package! Since DNS adjustments may be necessary for those not using KnownHost nameservers, existing accounts should reach out to Support to enable this addition.

For all other accounts, you can now purchase IPv4 for your Shared or WordPress service at an additional monthly rate.

These enhancements have been made possible by our dedicated commitment to improving our underlying infrastructure. Over the past year, we’ve transitioned to an entirely NVMe-based fleet combined with high-end AMD EPYC processors. Such investments have allowed us to deliver faster, more reliable performance across our Shared services.

Letters from KnownHost Santa have hinted that more exciting announcements are coming for our other product lines. If you have additional services with us then look out for the return of KnownHost Santa as their may be more surprises in his bag of gifts! With a range of offerings from Shared and WP Hosting to Reseller, Semi-Dedicated, VPS, and bare metal servers, Santa has kept us busy. We’re excited to be your one-stop shop for all hosting and managed service needs!

To close, here’s a special message from our CEO, Daniel Pearson:

“I want to take this opportunity, on behalf of myself and our team, to thank you for being a valued part of the KnownHost family. Your support makes all of this possible, and we’re honored to be trusted with your online presence”
